Ukraine, Georgia and Belarus were the worst and I tend not to remember bad things about my journeys. And well, there was almost nothing good there.
Turkey... Well, the Mediterranean Sea is great. I was like 8 and had lots of fun there.
Czech Rep & Poland were a class trip. We spent one day in Warsaw and it was more than enough to be honest, not much to do and to see there. People were quite unfriendly as well.
Czech Republic was a lot better though, it's an interesting country with lots of places to visit... Oh yeah, and beer was great there, and cheap too. Actually food was really cheap there, I believe people from Austria actually make trips to Czech Republic to buy food.
And Canada, well, my uncle lives there with his family, so it was fun and awesome there of course... But as for the country itself, I don't really know. It's all nice and relaxed there (in Ottawa) but if you don't know anyone who lives there you probably won't have much to do. Also I was surprised about the friendliness of the people, they all went like "Hi!" when they saw us, this stuff never happens here in Russia.
