Or make a line seperating the eyes or Try a different shade of Yellow or a different color all together

It would look better if they were preset (is that what it's called?), whereby two colours are used.

It would be cool if you did orange and light brown - light brown central to the eye and orange surrounding it.

Well, I did yellow since that's more true to the actual Dark Rayman.

Better. But the edges of the eyes need smoothing or something, they look a little jagged.

It does indeed look better.
I'd suggest removing those horrible dark parts above the eyes though - they kind of contrast with the eye colour.
