Only thing I can suggest is creating a Livejournal account and using only its scrapbook feature for uploading images to [there's no use using DeviantART because stuff like screenshots and official pics get a massive A bomb dropped on them]. It's not exactly coppermine but you can create sub galleries to sort them in and a whole gig of space is available.

Uhh, I never was able to get the site looking like I wanted.... I am not that great in graphics design.
