Ok, let's get serious again. Well, I only remember on the extra life at the top, when the flutes had blown you to the top.

You do a running jump and helicopter onto the flute.

It's not so hard when you know the trick. You must take advantage of that trumpet on your right and jump from the following platform, using your helicopter at the right moment, and you should just be able to hang onto the ledge. I remember trying to jump from the second platform (the one just before the cage) a lot of times, but it never worked.
