It was a rhetorical question, I already knew it was

The only insults spiral can come up with are typos.

I've never heard it before though. What does it mean?Xenon wrote:It was a rhetorical question, I already knew it was

Let's get him back
EDIT: @ Dango: Behaving as if you're defiant I suppose.
Your exclamation mark should have appeared after the second quoter! ^_^spiraldoor wrote:*laughs cruelly*Shawn wrote:Mega Man games can be hell to play on the key board. I recommend the X Collection or the Anniversary Collection. They're both for the GC, Xbox, and PS2. Defiantly great collections.
If you do a search for "defiantly", you get sixteen instances of Shawn trying to say "definitely!"

Re: I loves Mega Man!!!
I don't think having a quotation mark on the right of an exclamation mark once is quite as bad as misspelling a fairly simple word sixteen times in the exact same way each time and not even noticing.Xenon wrote:Let's get him back![]()
Mine was a punctuation mistake, anyway.
Try finding a single spelling mistake by me, anywhere.

Re: I loves Mega Man!!!
You spelled 'Hmmm' with only one M.

Re: I loves Mega Man!!!
That's not a word, though. It's a noise. And I don't think it should be spelled "Hmmm", because that's three "m"s in a row, and there aren't any real words in the English language with three same letters in a row.
I can spell and pronounce "pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis" (longest word in English language) off by heart, BTW. I'm naturally good at spelling, and it's quite easy if you split it up into a few words. Took me quite a long time to learn though.

There is one word actually, and that is "Goddessship".That's not a word, though. It's a noise. And I don't think it should be spelled "Hmmm", because that's three "m"s in a row, and there aren't any real words in the English language with three same letters in a row.

It's either 'hmmm' or 'hmm', but it's definitely not 'hm'. Noise or not.spiraldoor wrote:That's not a word, though. It's a noise. Re: I loves Mega Man!!!
Depends if you're acknowledging something with a quick "hm", or slowly coming to a realisation "hmmmmmmmmmmm...."
Interesting.
Then shouldn't there be words like "hostessship", "manageressship", "actressship" etc?

Re: I loves Mega Man!!!
Apparently they aren't words. Strangely I entered in goddessship in Word and nothing came up (probably because the Word dictionary was devised by Americans, ahem), but Google and Wiktionary seem to accept it. Also, the word "supercalifradgilisticexpealidocious" works on Word, although it's merely a made-up word from the musical 'Mary Poppins'...

Re: I loves Mega Man!!!
No it isn't. There are longer words, such as aqueosalinocalcalinoceraceoaluminosocupreovitriolic.spiraldoor wrote: I can spell and pronounce "pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis" (longest word in English language)
Re: I loves Mega Man!!!
I have this dictionary that shows the longest word in the English language. It's more than 1000 letters.
