It looks like Little Blue Riding Hood from LRRH2, created by the Big Bad Wolf to destroy Little Red Riding Hood. I made up all this by myself.

I can never believe people when they say they were forced to watch a kiddy show with their younger siblings and or children. I never had to do that. Ever. I think everyone who makes up that excuse really wanted to watch it. :P
