Whale Bay? That happened to me as well. I was so pissed off.
I prefer R2 because it is the original game. It's hard to explain why but I just think the old graphics are better un-changed and there aren't so many glitches.

I can't remember ever encountering a glitch in Revolution. It must be your versions because mine is perfectly fine. I would even say that Rayman 2 is glitchier with that annoying pirate skull that always occured in The Top of the World (and sometimes in other levels).
The graphics in Revolution are a lot better to me, more lively and more detailed. All in all Revolution is an improved version of R2.

I acually like the fact that the Precipice and Echoeing cave parts are mixed up. Don't complain if you really think i have a bad taste in Rayman games. It's just an opinion.

But why is the echoing caves....not in a cave? At all? Ever? It makes no sense. Also part 2 of echoing caves is supposed to be in the precipice, hence the music and the warship.

Wasn't there a part of The Fairy Glade that was added to The Echoing Caves? I still remember a great discussion of this aaaaaaaages ago.

I'm not sure, but I remember you saying there might be.

I think it was in part 2, where Rayman falls through a hole into a house of some sort.

No, that part is in Revolution too.
I found it quite odd when i was in Echoing Cavas Part 2. It is supposed to be in the caves. But how would the warship get into the caves ?

Must've just been a big cave.
You're in a cave when using the kegs...

As I said, that's supposed to be the precipice.
But part 3 is in broad daylight.

Maybe Rayman exits the cave for part 2, then enters another one in part 3. Or maybe part 3 isn't a cave at all, but a pirate settlement.

I wish it made more sense, but when you first play it, you don't seem to notice these things.

In Revolution so many of the levels were transferred to others, so it's no wonder we get confused. Silly Ubisoft...

It was pretty stupid actually. When revisting levels, I kept going to the wrong ones.

I can't really tell the difference between The Precipice and The Echoing Caves anymore, because each of these levels have a bit of each other in them!

I can. The Precipice has a precipice in it.

I just find the music when you fly down to the last stage with the Ninjaw-Robot awesome.
Where does it appear again? Iron Mountains?

When? I'm certain it didn't.
