In Rayman 3 GBA he doesn't live in the swamp, he lives in a desert like land with bones and skulls everywhere

But yeah, in Rayman 2 he lives in the swamps. But it could be that Jano ( guardion of caves of bad dreams ) isn't the Jano in Rayman 3.

I don't think it was supposed to be a minigame, just a chase on one of the animals you could ride in the prototype.
