Another preference we have is not bumping up topics ie bringing up topics that have not been posted in for a prolonged period of time. If the message is reasoned (for example an announcement) then we allow it. But this is not the case.

It's a map, if you haven't noticed.
So, the drunk guy, robber and boxer want to get to the other side of the totally random lake AND rob the bank. Note, that they can't swim to the other side, nor jump, or fly, or just walk through it. So... how the hell do they get to the otherside and rob the bank?

The car's got a bomb inside it, it'll blow up the doors to the hotel and he runs off with all the people inside and threatens their families that if they don't give him all their money, he'll kill them.
