There is one place where this kind of cheat would actually be useful, and that's part 1 SBTC. In order to get the best out of scoring, you need to get to the area with the rear canon with the Lockjaw (so without activating the TC). Usually we rely on a glitch, but it's so time-consuming and that cheat would be handy.

Really, too bad he didn't appear in Rayman 3. It would be nice to see what he've could done. I suggest, he would be a better boss than Master Kaag.

He looks like Reflux in third transformation. Maybe Reflux replaced him.

Hes a deleted enemy.... he still appears in that secret room in ToTL you know, that door that opens when you have more then 4000 points or something

The poster appears in Master Kaag's arena, on the opposing edge wall.

And I believe we have an avatar of the Xowar, but I've forgotten its URL. I'm sure Hunchman could retrieve it.
