Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
It's made of yellow lums which produce red lums. Simple.
Also note that in RRR-GBA there are more than 1000 lums. Sure, not cannon, but what can we do without true R4?

Play R:HR?
Seriously though, I think that there always were, are and will be one thousand yellow lums, and that In The Beginning they created the Blue, Purple and Red lums, and then the four different colours combined their powers to create Polokus, in accordance with the Knowledge From The Lums from which we gain most of our information on this world...

Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
That's arguable, because then André wouldn't be attacking the heart at all. Because he can't transform the yellow lums into black lums. It's made of yellow lums which produce red lums. Simple.

Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
The Green lums were not mentioned in R2 when Rayman gathers the knowledge from the Yellow ones, so I'm guessing they came about in other ways.

As far as I can gather, Andre wasn't trying to use the sceptre or the heart to turn red lums into black lums. He simply needed their power to "reproduce infinitely". Converting isn't really reproducing, so I think he was referring to something different. In the very final Reflux battle (when he has wings), there are no lums around, and yet hundreds of black lums fly out of Reflux's back, which I presume to be from Andre reproducing.Joshua822 wrote:But why would André attack the heart of the world then. He wanted to transform all those red lums into black lums...No, the Heart is made of 1000 yellow lums. There can be no doubt about this.
Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
How do we know if yellow lums can be transformed into black lums. It was not mentioned in the game or the manual. How do we know that?
Yes, he uses the scepter of Reflux to multiply. But he wanted to transform the energy ( that would be the red lums ) of the heart into an army of hoodlums. Thats said by Murfy in The Fairy CounciLAs far as I can gather, Andre wasn't trying to use the sceptre or the heart to turn red lums into black lums. Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
Indeed, but Rayman was bestowed with the ability to convert Lums, so the sceptre or the Tetris (I think) must have had this power, even if Andre was not trying to get hold of it.As far as I can gather, Andre wasn't trying to use the sceptre or the heart to turn red lums into black lums.

Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
It's called "the Leptys", you know. The only one who calls it "the Tetris" is Globox, who probably misheard Gumsi. The name "Tetris" is most likely connected to the third part of the Final Reflux battle, in which rown of blocks disappear.
Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
Perhaps the Tetris is a similar force to the Leptys, and is what removes those blocks in the Reflux battle!

It's probably just a random joke.spiraldoor wrote:The name "Tetris" is most likely connected to the third part of the Final Reflux battle, in which rown of blocks disappear.

Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
Yeah, I also think I took that one a little too far.
But maybe the 'Tetris' is a branch of the Leptys and is specifically the power that enables Rayman to transform Lums. The Leptys must, after all, possess a much wider and more important energy (or energies if you will) else Gumsi would not want it.
Although to be honest, I think the idea of mispronounciation is by far the best one.

Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
Didn't Gumsi say "Leptys" when giving the power to Rayman?Xenon wrote:But maybe the 'Tetris' is a branch of the Leptys and is specifically the power that enables Rayman to transform Lums.
Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
I think he said "unleash the power of Leptys", from which the Tetris energy could be released.
But I'm not going to continue arguing a case I don't believe to be true. I'm just seeding ideas

Re: Old bosses in Rayman4?
He said something like "Oh Leptys, father of the Knaaren, grant unto this warrior the greatest of powers" or something very similar to that.
