Do you like the Star Wars movies?
Yeah, I like all the movies, including the spin-offs and cartoons. It's great stuff. It's influenced a lot of people and left a permanent impression on my life.
And yes I like Jar-Jar.....or at least I don't have a problem with him.

The first trilogy is pretty good, the newer films are just dumb as hell I think (3rd one is a bit better though)

Re: Do you like the Star Wars movies?
I like all the movies, but the first trilogy (in order of release) is much better
Re: Do you like the Star Wars movies?
The three films of the original trilogy are very good, episode III was okay, and ep. I and II were really bad relative to the standard the original trilogy had established.
Also, Jar-Jar is gay, and so is Anakin Skywalker, unlike his alter ego Darth Vader, who is the essence of orsum...

I love the first three (from the 70s/80s). Three of the best films ever made.
The newer ones are less great.

Re: Do you like the Star Wars movies?
Although I loved it, and it's my 3rd (heh, irony) favorite of all six, Episode III really toned the bad aresery General Grievous was knowned for in the Clone Wars cartoon. (the old ones, not the new ones)
Just because Mace crushed General Grievous' stomach a little with the force doesn't mean he should automatically suck at fighting.
I, personally, think it was because the animators were too lazy to animate him at the fast pace he moves in the cartoon.

Re: Do you like the Star Wars movies?
The original trilogy (4-6) is just classic.
With how much the first two prequel movies draaggged they could have honestly been compressed to 1-2 movies instead of 3, or even more evenly divided across the spread while making a little more sense. The 3rd movie was the best of the prequels, but it felt very rushed. The prequels were, by far, never as memorable as the others.
I always remember being so impressed by the imagination of each scene in the original trilogy. Meanwhile, the prequels almost feel... engineered or something. "WE HAVE SO MANY VISUAL EFFECTS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE MOVIE LIKE WOW, MAN." This attitude doesn't cause you to further develop in movie making at all.

Didn't seen one, currently.
Re: Do you like the Star Wars movies?
I like the newest one's as they have more action and stuff, but the original three had better story lines and humour...I voted for all 6. ^^

Re: Do you like the Star Wars movies?
I've only seen Episode III, so I really can't talk old vs. new. Wookiees are pretty awesome though.
Re: Do you like the Star Wars movies?
I have a wookie keyring.
Re: Do you like the Star Wars movies?
One of my most favorite characters from Star Wars is IG-88.

His back story is pretty cool, and he's considered to be the 2nd most deadliest Bounty Hunter.
He almost had full control over the Death Star II, but the Rebels blew it up before he could rule the galaxy.
Oh well.
