Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
Has anyone noticed almost all of the songs on it are remixed versions of songs from Rayman 2? The only one I found that isn't a remix is Creeping Chaos.

Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
Yeah. Some of it sounds an awful lot like the Rayman 2 N64 soundtrack but with obvious changes to suit the GBA's sound specs.

Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
It sounds more like the Rayman 2 PS1 soundtrack than the N64 one.

Oh, I just recognized that Creeping Chaos is a remix of Tomb Of The Ancients, looks like they are all remixs.

Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
Does anyone here have/played Rayman 10th Anniversary? At the start screen what is that song playing? I know it plays in some levels and I'm sure I recognise it from R2 but I cant think. Its awesome though, I just want to know what it is.
Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
I have played it. It's a remix of the Canopy in R2. In the R3 GBA soundtrack, it's Track 30 -Wretched Ruins.

Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
Thanks for that but I meant the "Rayman 10th Anniversary" screen where you press start to continue to the game selection stage. In other words, the screen before the one you're thinking of.
Thanks

Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
What is Creeping Chaos a remix of? It sounds like The Tomb Of The Ancients, but I am not quite sure.
Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
I can't recognize any R2 tune in there, so I don't think it was a remix.

Yep I love it! Thanks, do you know which Rayman 2 song it's a remix of? I'm sure I've heard that tune in R2 before.
Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
=D
It's the Bayou ( on RayTunes: 2-02 - The Bayou - Part 2 ).

Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
Aha that's what I actually thought it was, I would've checked but my computer's slow as hell right now and it took long enough loading up the Vertigo Wastes track. Thanks again.

Thanks for that list.

Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
That's the name of the track.
Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
That's a pretty good list.
The only ones which I think are incorrect are:
- Garish Gears. If you listen to it carefully, you will notice that it is a shortened version of "Rayman 2 - Special - Robotpirate Fight 7" from the N64 R2 soundtrack, which is 2 minutes into "2-01 - Pirates! - Part 2" from the PS1/DC/PC soundtrack.
- "The Machine" is used in part 1 of The Mettleworks, but as the track called "R2 EXTRA - 09 - Echoes of the Echoing Caves".
- The "1-06 - Overworld" music was used in places other than just the Forgotten Forests home world (but I guess you could just be mentioning the first time that track is used).
Creeping Chaos, as someone already pointed out, has the Tomb of the Ancients N64 track ("Rayman 2 - Level 15 - (P1) Beginning").
You also forgot to mention that "2-03 - The Walk of Life" was used in Ly's Punch Challenge 1 & 2.
And what about the Teensies, Ly, and Razorbeard? They all have their respective themes from Rayman 2 as well.
NEW INFORMATION: "62 The Top of The World, Part 2 (SE23)" from the original Rayman 2 soundtrack (Ray2OST_Part2) is used in Tag Mode, which is one of the Multiplayer games of R3 GBA.
On the topic of Rayman 2 music being used in other Rayman games, I've worked out which Rayman 2 tracks are in Rayman 1 GBC, so if people want me to post a list, I will.
EDIT: Tag Mode is one of the Multiplayer games of R3 GBA and it's track is not on RayTunes yet.

Re: Rayman 3 GBA soundtrack
Hey, does anyone know if there is a GBA version of the Funkyboard song? I swear I came across a video of multiplayer that had that, in the multiplayer menu or something, or in the gameplay.
