True. Rayman 4 should be for all consoles, no matter what.StaceyW wrote:Personally I'd like this for the Wii since I don't think I'll suddenly get a 360 by the snap of my fingers, but it'd be cool for others to have it for the 360 and PS3 as well.

No you not. I have Wii and it's a great console. I love all Nintendo games on Wii (Mario, Zelda etc.), but games like Wii Sports suck.Shawn wrote:Dear lord. Am I the only Nintendo fan here?

I agree with what you're saying. Everyone here should be able to play Rayman 4. But it still bothers me that if it was a PS3 exclusive it would be a much better game than if it was multiplatform. I think the problem lies not with the platforms the game is available for, but with the optimisation process.El Dango wrote:True. The could make the PS3 version of a multiplatform R4 as good as it would be if it was PS3 exclusive, but they won't, for the same reason all non-Wii versions of RRR1 were shit: lazy bastardness.
I had nothing against Nintendo. I have owned a GB, GBA and GC. But then they made the Wii, and I despise them for it.Shawn wrote:Dear lord. Am I the only Nintendo fan here?

No Nintendo console can be worse than the Virtual Boy. Seriously that shit fucks your eyes up, even with emulators.

The optimisation... right, you're right. But it would be even better if it would be optimised for Sega Genesis...spiraldoor wrote:I agree with what you're saying. ...you know what, R4 should be sold as a separate console with a built-in game. <g>

A PC version of RGH would be nice too for as long as they don't fuck the install files up.

Re: Rabbids Go Home... Yeah!
Nintendo strategically only provided one Wii controller in the Wii package, so as to gain another £20 or thereabouts from customer purchases of more controllers... what the hell? I'm sure two controllers came in the PS2 package...
Anyway multi-platform games are the best, so long as the game doesn't clash with a certain system.

Re: Rabbids Go Home... Yeah!
Don't get me started on when I had to get a classic controller just to play my virtual console stuff. £15 like everywhere but it was worth it.
They better not make one version for one console and then make it bigger and better on another though because I won't be in any mood to fork out on a PS3 or something.

In Poland, there is a cheap package, 2 controllers package, memcard package etc.Xenon wrote:Nintendo strategically only provided one Wii controller in the Wii package, so as to gain another £20 or thereabouts from customer purchases of more controllers... what the hell? Re: Rabbids Go Home... Yeah!
Over here it was £170 I believe for the 'complete' Wii package (€185?), whereas the Xbox 360 would only have costed £130, and probably would have had included an additional controller and a proper instructions manual. Thing is though I'm not very 'game' so it would probably have been a waste of my money anyway.

That was about how much I paid for mine [whoa man it's been a whole year now], plus WarioWare Smooth Moves which was £35, and a wiimote and nunchuck. Used to be so convenient when our local Woolworths was still open.

Geez, I'm late. XD I decided to come check out Raymanpc one more time, and find this at the front page.
Ah, it'll only be a matter of time before the rabbids lose a pretty big fraction of their fans. It gets too repetitive in gameplay, if ya ask me.

And Rayman 1 ? And Rayman 2 ? And Rayman 3 ? They where all cross platform and they where very excellent done games. Not true.
I hope that Rayman 4 will be crossplatform and use the Wii's potential to it's full.

Here's the deal - it's really harder for multi-platform game to get everything out of all consoles.Joshua822 wrote:And Rayman 1 ? And Rayman 2 ? And Rayman 3 ? They where all cross platform and they where very excellent done games. Not true.

But they don't have to, as long as they're entertaining. Also, they can be played by more people.
