Youtube is actually getting pretty bad. It's getting way to commercial. My sister uploaded a quick video once, and when recording they where listening to a song from Lady Gaga, not long after that it was removed because they where "breaking copyright'.

Youtube's TOS has always been like that though and I'm surprised I'm not banned yet after all of my copyrighted uploads I made. We're talking stuff from Hanna Barbera [don't ask] and ITV here.
