Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Well you should have a look and see if they have any games you would like first, because there are loads!
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
You don't need to have any of these games to join! The group is simply there to unite Pirate Community members who have Steam.
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Right, I'm going to download plants vs zombies now.

Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Right, I'm playing Plants vs Zombies, and I think it may become quite addictive...
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Oh, it is. Is it the demo you have?
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Yeah, but my computer crashed with the music still playing O_O
Anyway, I love pwning zombies with my snowpea shooters and those venus zombie trap things ^^

Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Yeah. There are a tonne of different types of Plants, and almost as many types of Zombies.
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
I hate those bloody pole vaulting ones
Edit: I downloaded Beyond Good and Evil and Psychonauts (brilliant that Steam had both of these games that I was looking for) and they're pretty damn good. Lots of unique gameplay and storylines! (Which I love)

Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Annoying thet there aren't any Rayman games on Steam, yet there are a bunch of other Ubisoft games.
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Well, it's not very annoying, because I suppose most of us already have all of the games, but it would encourage new people to try it and discover the series.
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Yeah, exactly my point. I could get friends to try them that way, especially the first one, since I'm the only one I know who owns that. Maybe Ubisoft has signed an exclusive deal with Sony or something, because both Rayman and Rayman 2 are available to download on PSP and PS3.

Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Really? Last time I checked the PlayStation store, there was only the original Rayman.Lachimax wrote:Maybe Ubisoft has signed an exclusive deal with Sony or something, because both Rayman and Rayman 2 are available to download on PSP and PS3.
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
I'm pretty sure, yeah. Maybe I'm wrong. Can someone check?

Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
I just checked and there's only Rayman. But maybe it depends on the country you live in.

[offtopic] Lachimax is still alive?![/offtopic]
Wow, great idea ^^

Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Well, not necessarily. Boxed versions of Valve's games all come with Steam.Acarr wrote:I would have joined this, but because you need to buy and download these games, count me out.
I only have it because I got it back when I got HL2 Game of the Year Edition.
It's really not a bad program or anything though. Great if you want to chat while playing games (since you can add installed non-steam games to your list sometimes).
Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Haha, yes, I am still alive, as GlaDOS would say. I only usually come on the forums to post my fanfics, but this group was an idea to good to pass up, even if i do say so myself.MLII[2Random4U] wrote:[offtopic] Lachimax is still alive?![/offtopic]

Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
Yeah, I got it unintentionally with the orange box and hated it at first (I was at school with no Internet,so I couldn't install it), but now I think it's really good.
@Phoenixan: How do you add non-steam games? Does this mean you don't need the disc anymore?
@Hunch: Rayman 2 is available in the US store, but not the EU one unfortunately.

Re: Pirate Community Steam Group
No, I'm pretty sure you still need the disc. It just adds them to you games list, meaning you can be connected to the Steam community for them as well.
