Movies you just recently watched

Never been a hardcore fan but I just collected up the books because I've barely got anything else to do this summer. Read the first two so far.

The books are much better than the movies

This applies to most books and the movies that are based on them.

True, but in this case I don't even find the HP movies good tbh.

Shawshank Redemption, on the other hand, is a great movie based on even a greater book.

I've never read Steven King's book, but I agree that the Shawshank Redemption is brilliant.
But you guys can't possibly expect for the film makers to put every last detail from the books into the movies, otherwise we'd have films that are days in length O_o As for HP, I can't stand Daniel Radcliffe, thus rendering the films unwatchable for me, although I've seen every previous one and felt they gradual grew worse, but that's just my opinion.

Speaking of which, I've watched the fourth Harry Potter movie and Beverly Hills Chihuahua. I thought "why not" when my sister brought it round, and I'll have to admit I kinda liked it, so many damn chihuahuas!

Just watched a tad-bit of Bolt awhile having dinner. And, no that's not my choice in film...
