I think it mainly depends on how intelligent you perceive FAB. In any case, the two users definitely use the same computer system.

I found out they were the same person when I noticed they had the same birthday. I then checked the IP addresses to notice they were using the same ISP. Both users' obsession for Lego Bionicle and disastrous spelling was enough to convince me.

I think there were loads of Bionicle models he built on his DeviantArt too. When I saw it I couldn't help laughing.
