Rayman M scores topic

Here we can discuss our racing high scores, the techniques we have used to get them etc. and for helping support from other members about the racing (and battle mode too). :)
Since there is no real Rayman M hall of fame, we can add our scores here, beating one another's scores to be the best.

Be sure you can prove your scores with evidence!
This is optional, so don't worry if you are unable/can't be bothered to submit an image etc. but it can help highlight any cheaters.

Please be aware that this is not a place to talk about Rayman M/Arena in general, as we already have a sticky to do so here.

Be sure to check out Holy Crap's Rayman M walkthrough! while you're at it!

Hall of Fame
If you have a score you want to add to the list, give me a shout!
Please be aware that Rayman Arena scores are not accepted here.

Don't bother adding scores for Born to Slide or Future; those tracks are different every time so it's impossible to compare times.

Also, why do we have to provide evidence, not everyone can do that...

Well it was really to prevent cheaters, but I suppose not many people could have digital cameras or scanners...

The print screen button (above insert) is your friend. It copies the screen image to your clipboard, so press ctrl+v in paint, then save it.

People who play the computer version can obviously use that then. ;) But it isn't optional, so you don't need to submit an image.

Is anybody going to post any scores? They don't have to be times that are faster than mine, I'm going to have a whole list of names up there. :)

It would make a lot more sense to compare the Training records. In the Races the game is always lagging a bit (at least on my version), making certain jumps and turns impossible that are easily done in Training mode. Therefore the records in Training are usually a lot faster. Furthermore, most levels allow only one or two quick laps in Race mode and if you blow them you have to watch the winning dance, the loading screen and all that stuff before you can restart, whereas you can just go on and on in Training mode.

I've always thought Training mode scores were generally faster because you don't have any CPU's barging into you at the begining. I'll add any Training scores to the list also, but I haven't bothered to play half of them.

Regular racing is horrible in Treasure ship at teh start because of the other players hitting all the switches, If one wrong switch gets hit in that level it ruins it for me and I can't go the good way...

What is the good way? I just go either left or right at the start, then at the end of the lap where everything is reversed, I go straight through the middle onto the revolving platforms above the green liquid stuff.

Haha, I also won in Spring Mode 39-23 to a Henchman 1000 in Shadow Plain. These battles are becoming quite addictive.

Great that someone finally created such a great topic. I'll post my scores soon.
And yeah, I prefer Training to Race Mode. Opponents can't hit you and you have da possibility to run infinite rounds until you've set a new highscore.

Apparently Cut managed to complete a lap in Electric Final in 00.52.00. How convenient is it that he forgot to upload recorded evidence?

We should extend this topic to include high scores from the fight mode in Rayman M as well. We used to do that on old RZ back in 2004, and it was a lot of fun (Jona pwned all - big surpise :p).
