You'll have to race Razorbeards lackey and get to the luvdiv FIRST.
Then you could get the power fist.

Rayman jumps up and down, periodically losing red lums. The number of red lums lost increases each time.

Rayman can jump into piranha-infested waters once without taking a hit, with every further hit his life bar is reduced. There are also two different kinds of lava. One works the same way the piranha waters do, the other one takes the same amount of health at every hit, even at the first one.
