Basic Requirements:
- An original NintendoDS/NintendoDS Lite/NintendoDSi
- Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum cartridge (Cartridges of HeartGold and SoulSilver aren't permitted on this tournment [Yet])
- Internet Connection on your NintendoDS
- During battle, having the Mic turned off

(Alternative requirements in case of not having a workable internet on your NintendoDS:
- An original NintendoDS/NintendoDS Lite/NintendoDSi
- A Nintendo Wii
- Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum cartridge (Cartridges of HeartGold and SoulSilver aren't permitted on this tournment [Yet])
- Internet Connection on your Nintendo Wii
- Pokémon Battle Revolution CD)

Rules:
- You must have 6 Pokémon in your Party (It cannot be less than that)
- The Pokémon can held items (However you cannot have a repeated item on other Pokémon, which means that each one of the 6 items must be different from each other)
- You cannot have a repeated Pokémon in your Party (Example: 2 Caterpies)
- You cannot use hacked Pokémon (Examples: A Pokémon having an attack impossible to learn, a Pokémon having an impossible abbility, etc)
- You can use any Pokémon EXCEPT: Mewtwo, Mew, Wynaut, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Latios (If using Soul Dew), Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Giratina, Darkrai, Dialga, Palkia, Shaymin (Sky Form) and Arceus.
- The Pokémon can be at any level (The higher, better)
- The battles will be on Single

If someone doesn't follow these rules is desqualified.

Another thing, each player during a battle shall record the gameplay and uploading on Youtube/Megaupload and send a PM with the links to me, to proof who wins and loses. If you cannot record, you can take a picture on the Win/Lose screen and send it to me anyway.

Why not these Pokémon?

Because they are legendaries, and others are Ubers.

Then you're actually ruining the fun, a Garchomp isn't an hacked pokémon (is an uber, but that really doesn't matter)
I think that only Celebi and Arceus must be forbidden, because you will need to hack to get them, or go to Japan.
Either way, i'm joining.

I didn't say that Garchomp is a hacked Pokémon, I'm forbidding him because it is a Uber, resuming: a beast.

I just want fair battles between all the players.

I can easily pwn a Garchomp with a Staraptor, Gengar or Crobat.
You just need skills and the right moves.

And with some pokemon like Salamence you don't even need that.

Many legendaires are shit useless and should not be banned, only if they are too powerful. Chansey, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Miltank, Blissey, Entei, Raikou, Suicunu, Celebi, Regirock, Regiice, Registeel, Latias (without Soul Dew), Jirachi, Phione, Cresselia, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Heatran and Shaymin are NOT uber. Blissey and Chansey? MILTANK? Where did you get that from? Shaymin Sky Forme is uber though, as is Wynaut. Garchmp, Latios and Manaphy are being tested at the moment by smogon (the group which decides the most reliable and effective tier lists) to see if they're uber.

If we cant use good pokemon then it's like battleing with a group of Bidoof's.

I feel the same thing too Hunch, despite of also having suficient knowledge from the other generations, however you aren't loosing anything on the 4th Generation, because it is disappointing on the new Pokémon.
