Upon recent examination of the games, I have found Dark Rayman in at least 4 Rayman games:

Rayman 1 (Duh)
Rayman 2 (Failed glitch)
Rayman Raving Rabbids (Bowling 'skin')
Rayman Arena (Playable character)

Huh? Explaiin Rayman 2 and Raving Rabbids, I don't see how Dark Rayman is in those games.

Sorry I was so late to reply, but here I go:

Rayman 2, as Plum pointed out, had me falling through a floor after doing the infamous barrel ride glitch (which failed lol) so I turned black with an orange background.

In Rayman Raving Rabbids, you must wear this clothing:

Gangsta head
Goth eyes (or Rayman or whatever, they're kina the same)
Disco body
Disco shoes

Now go to bunnies don't understand bowling and watch the cutscene.

Rayman goes into Dark Rayman!

Thanks, but that doesn't work on my ps3 as it's the NTSC version.

Copied games won't work on a PS3 anyway. You should just play it on ePSXe.

Well, all I can recommend is to keep looking on eBay, bootsales or whatev, I'm sure a good PAL copy will turn up eventually.

My copy amazingly was in mint condition, I think I had a lot of luck... Well spent 15€.

Actually the guy was selling the game by 5€ however it was in auction mode. And besides the guy said that if a person pays 15€ on "Buy Now" he would offer the Mail Sending. I had to do that to make sure that no one grabbed the copy first than me. (Mysteriously the Rayman games here disappear fast)

I managed to grab a copy in a GAME store before they stopped selling PS1 games. I was unlucky with the PC version though, since I saw it in Woolworths and, you get the picture.

Have you tried using a emulator? Epsxe works really good but i haven't tried rayman 2 on it.

It does work provided that you configure it right, it's just that some of the loading screens [the spiral door] don't show up.

I only had a issue with the sound quality because it is recorded directly from microphone since my recording program hasn't got an option of recording what we listen on the speakers.

Well I actually bought to game to play it under ePSXe and it works fine too. I wasn't even bothered to check if it works with my PS3.
