Went to the local cinema earlier today to see Avatar but there were no tickets left. No tickets for tomorrow either. And the day after.

Watched a film called "BIG". Quite old, but it's really funny.

The same thing happened to me. I guess I'll just wait a few weeks.

I watched REC 2 instead, and well, it was nowhere as good as the first one.

I saw Avatar on saturday, gotta admit, I was sceptical about 3D at first, but after seeing it, I would gladly watch another film in 3D. The film itself was kinda meh, and predictable IMHO

I'd like to see Avatar, but probably not in 3D. It's expensive and it makes my eyes hurt.

I don't usually enjoy 3D movies more than regular movies though, so it's no big deal. :)

It has uber sfx and a decent plot, what else is there to expect from such a movie?

I was going to watch Avatar today, but ended up watching St Trinian's 2 instead. I've had already seen it before, but it's funny and I couldn't be bothered to wait around for about an hour for Avatar's adverts to start.

The first Digital-3D movie I saw was "UP" from PIXAR, when I went to the cinema watching it in August 2009. I loved the experience :D. The first minutes I was wearing the glasses were awkward, I felt wierd wearing those, but after when I was watching the movie I even forget that I was wearing glasses.

The Box
Shit

Surrogates
Mediocre

Up
Couldn't stand more than 40 mins of that boring crap

Watchmen
Too long, otherwise decent.

I have "Once upon a time in the west", "Unforgiven", "City of God" and "The Negotiator" downloaded, will watch these soon too.
