Well, if it never gets finished, it could be called Rayman Forever.

Nice photos! We could call the game Rayman Evolution.

Re: Rayman PSP Homebrew
By the way, the edges appear pixelated, which is weird since the original game uses no anti-aliasing. Maybe there's something wrong with the platforms you ripped...

Re: Rayman PSP Homebrew
There is a noticeable difference as concerns flute trees though:

In fact, a zoom reveals that the flute tree is altered, as if it was compressed by a lossy algorithm.

Let me show you:Equilibrium369 wrote:Edit: Actually, to be honest I can't really tell the difference between them apart from the bit I edited at the bottom. Maybe it's just me. Also could be something to do with the fact that my game uses one from PS1 and the other is likely from PC although I'm not sure.

Re: Rayman PSP Homebrew
Come on, the game doesn't have to be exactly like the original...
Re: Rayman PSP Homebrew
No of course not but jagged, white, pixelated edges can look awful.

No, but graphic quality is very important and I'm sure Equilibrium will agree. Now if all you can bring to this topic is non-constructive criticism and thoroughly stupid remarks, I strongly recommend that you keep them for yourself.bunnieblaster wrote:Come on, the game doesn't have to be exactly like the original...

Re: Rayman PSP Homebrew
Well the problem obviously comes from the tilesheetsEquilibrium369 wrote:I can see your point now when you zoom in, but when I compare the images im using to the tilesheet I got them from, I really don't see a difference...
