If there was an (official) Jano avatar it would be unclear whether to classify it under Goodies or Baddies. In both of his appearances he fights Rayman, but only as an endurance test, more-or-less. Plus, can you picture the big green eyeball with huge teeth and a skull staff as a Goodie?

Jano then would be like Sirius from Bomberman 64. He trained you, but you didn't know if he was a friend or foe. Just classify it like that. Friend or foe?

Although he only fought Rayman as a test of survival, he did still fight him, and can therefore only be considered an enemy. But none of this matters because we don't have a decent avatar of him anyway, and even if we did we couldn't implement it.

Jano attacks Rayman, but he also helps him. Like Bzzit, he can be classified as both an enemy and a friend.

I agree with Spiral here. Jano is, after all, a guardian. He has no real intention of evil like Razorbeard does. He's just there to guard the cave, and his treasure.

That didn't happen with me... maybe it's because of my Adblock Plus that is hiding it?

It can happen if the access to an image posted in a message or in someone's sig is restricted with a password.
