I'm guessing that's bad

Swedish commentators are dull enough to make you sleep through the most exciting game.

Aww, our guys aren't too bad luckily.
So far, a very boring game.
Paraguay look great though.

It's Portugal.Hecman801 wrote:This evening, I've absolutely see Portugual-Spain... (good matche in
I'm going to watch it too. My expectations are 50-50, but let's see how it goes today.
Re: 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa
Spain will win, duh.
Re: 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa
If I was you I wouldn't claim victory so early. I cannot predict the winner but I'm sure if even Spain wins, we won't give a easy victory to Spain.
Re: 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa
Yeah it should be quite interesting. I'll say 2-1 to Spain.
Re: 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa
If Portugal wins I say 1-0.

David Villa is a very good player.Matyuv wrote:Spain will win, duh.
Portugal's Goal is wonderful.
Re: 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa
Capdevila helped Spain cheat their way to the quarter-finals yesterday. So now there are three teams there who really didn't deserve it. Fantastic.
Oh, well. Today and tomorrow are rest days, the quarter-finals start on friday. They look like this:
Uruguay - Ghana
The Netherlands - Brazil
Argentina - Germany
Paraguay - Spain

Germany will crush Argentina.
The thing i'm worried about is The Netherlands VS Brazil, Brazil isn't exactly what is was anymore but, they're still very good.
It's like 50% now that we win or lose, but they're saying that, if we win from Brazil, the rest of the country's will be a pushover.

No, Brazil aren't what they were; they are much better. This Brazilian team has, along with Germany, been the most impressive in the tournament. They're certainly much better than they were four years ago. Brazil's coach, Dunga, who was a great defensive midfielder in his time, has wisely chosen to play a more defensive and collective form of football than the Brazilians usually have done throughout history. They have maybe the best goalkeeper+defense in the tournament, so you'll have a hard time scoring against them.
Still, I believe Holland is a better team than Brazil, and that they will grind out a one goal margin win. What worries me is the Dutch right back, Van Der Wiel. He is the weakest link in your squad, and my guess is that he'll have a hard time dealing with Bastos, the Brazilian left-back. My advise would be to play Kuyt on the right, as he is much more defensively minded than Robben, who played there last match. He would be a great help for vd Wiel in coping with Bastos. Mathijsen and Heitinga will also face a difficoult challenge in the strong, yet technically gifted forward Luis Fabiano, but then again; what defender wouldn't?

Now I'm supporting Brazil, I do hate the Portuguese Coach now...
