Re: Any questions on this board?
Yeah that and bootsales. Why anyone would buy these when they can indeed torrent them for free I don't know.
Re: Any questions on this board?
Maybe people without internet or enough knowledge about torrents. But still I've heard a case of someone buying a movie (pirated) of sci-fi on the street, and when they saw the content, it was a Black-and-White movie without nothing about Sci-Fi.

Re: Any questions on this board?
I has a question.
Why some posts have advertesiments on it? (Example, The ()ne's posts, or Matyuv posts.)
Most of these weird posts say this:
''Five years ago, when there were far less people on the Internet than there are today, people were wary and skeptical about forming virtual relationships. The fact remains that online, it is very easy to create a character or persona very much different from you. One cannot be completely sure if the people they befriend in chatrooms are who they claim to be. As the years went by, the population of Internet users grew, and new softwares and innovations made online interaction easier and more convenient. The latest and most popular to date is Friendster, which was created by Jonathan Abrams, an engineer and entrepreneur based in Silicon Valley, and launched in March 2003. Friendster took the Philippines by storm on July and got anyone with access to the computer so addicted to it that reports say Friendster been growing at 20% per week since then (Smalla). Because of its ability to build friendships through “friend-of-a-friend” referrals, Friendster makes online interaction more personal and easier to carry onto the offline world than other forms of online communication.''
Just curiosity

Re: Any questions on this board?
Pirate-Community needs some kind of software that stops Rayfist090 and Rayrobi97HUN from posting consecutively. And a message should pop up when you try to post in a thread that hasn’t been posted in for several months, asking you if what you have to say is really worthwhile.
Re: Any questions on this board?
That's too hard to implement. I'm pretty sure that default admin powers can be just as efficient.

There actually is a phpBB3 mod that prevents double-posting.spiraldoor wrote:Pirate-Community needs some kind of software that stops Rayfist090 and Rayrobi97HUN from posting consecutively.

That's not good that Rayfist earned himself a bad reputation this fast....spiraldoor wrote:Pirate-Community needs some kind of software that stops Rayfist090 and Rayrobi97HUN from posting consecutively.
