There are several times I think. In the Clearleaf forest in the bit with all the waterfalls and you have to use the lockjaw (I can't think of a better explanation sorry) I have no idea what part it is

The next bird alarm is in that place where you sneak up by the hoodlums and get the green can. The robot bird is located on the very right of a rock/cliff or whatever. And if you hit it I think all the hoodlums come after you. Hoodlum outpost!

It's in the first level, where you enter the building to jump down a hole. You find it hanging above the entrance of the hole, at the bridge.
