Re: Rayman 3
I have a strange glitch where I don't need to change to disk 3 when I enter the DOTK. I can just use CD2 for the entire game without trouble.

Re: Rayman 3
Wow, funny. I never had to change the disk until I installed the gam eon my laptop recently... :\
Re: Rayman 3
This isn't a one-time occasion either. It all started happening on my old 40 gigabyte computer. Since, it also happened on my previous 700gig computer (that later got fried by lightning) and it's now even happening on my current computer. I have no idea how it's happening, but it's almost as if disk 2 copied everything off from disk 3, or something. I like it. Because it saves me the bother changing disks.
Re: Rayman 3
I installed a crack on my PC to be able to play it without swaping cds. It's way less annoying like this.
Re: Rayman 3
I've never had to change discs on this game... when you did have to, had you done a minimal install or something?

Same things happens to me haruka! Where did you find the crack?Haruka wrote:I installed a crack on my PC to be able to play it without swaping cds. It's way less annoying like this.
Re: Rayman 3
I installed the full version and for a long time I had to switch disks, but suddenly the game just stopped asking me for the third disk and continued running.
Re: Rayman 3
I can't remember where I got it exactly but here's the link I created: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=K7VWGAS8Rayfist090 wrote:Same things happens to me haruka! Re: Rayman 3
I assume this would be the right place.Does the rayman 3 gba game need to have all lums for the connect to gamecube option to appear?
Re: Rayman 3
I don't think so. I cannot confirm since I haven't the R3 for GBA...

No, you need to go to the Forgotten Forests on the world map and move left.Thatguy wrote:I assume this would be the right place.Does the rayman 3 gba game need to have all lums for the connect to gamecube option to appear?

Re: Rayman 3
Blah... I've been thinking for some time it'd be interesting to get my hands on a handheld copy of R3 - and the other games, for that matter. The GBC R1 is different from the PSX and everything, after all... it could be fun to try them out. I like seeing different adaptations of a same general storyline, seeing the differences in how someone could get from 'Point A' to 'Point B.'
But they could be hard to find and I'm not sure when I'll be less focused on saving for other stuff... :s
Re: Rayman 3
You are also free to watch my videos from the GBC Rayman games if you like.

Re: Rayman 3
Very true, but it'd be far more fun to play the actual game... as it is with all things.
Okay, some games suck and you'd rather not play through them. But a lot of them aren't like that. XD

Just download them and play them on an emulator like everyone else.
Re: Rayman 3
Some people here were saying the games for GBC are bad, but I actually enjoyed them.Ephriokko wrote:Okay, some games suck and you'd rather not play through them. But a lot of them aren't like that. XD

Re: Rayman 3
R3 GBA is pretty good, imo. It's easy and short, but compared to many handheld ports it's quality.

Re: Rayman 3
Don't have an emulator, and don't like illegally downloading games. I'd rather have the original copy anyways... just a thing with me, I like to have the actual game cartridge/disc/case/whatever, just part of the gaming experience for me. ;Pspiraldoor wrote:Just download them and play them on an emulator like everyone else.

You're not the only one.Ephriokko wrote:Don't have an emulator, and don't like illegally downloading games. That's why if I see somewhere a Rayman game that I don't have and I have money for it, I don't waste the opportunity.
Re: Rayman 3
I also much prefer to have a hard copy of my games. What's more, Game Boy games in particular I do not like playing emulated, somehow I find it far less enjoyable
Besides, I got my copy of R1 GBC by swapping a chocolate bar for it years ago, so I'm sorted ^^
