I hope the price is proportionate. The game shouldn't cost more than $60 for the all episodes. If the game had sixty levels, and each episode offered five levels, each episode should cost $5.
5 dollars!?! Wow what a steal :D

For five levels, mind you.

Now, just to drop something here:

Playing with a friend over the internet :D
OH MY MOTHERFUCKING GOD! Best idea ever! It's sorta like new super mario bros where you can play as toads. Except teensies. They better have some sort of wi-fi connectivity with this game. Scores, co-op, etc...

And I'll add you on ps3 :D

Hehe I just cannot wait for the first episode! Speaking of episodes, can anyone predict for me how many there will be? Looks like i'll have to get xbox live if it doesn't come out on pc, damn those cheap bastards! :D

When the first one comes out, we should know. Judging by the size of it and the average size of a game, and assuming all episodes will be about the same size, we can figure it out.

By the way, can someone explain to me why everyone thinks that the nymph in the trailer is Bettilla?

Ah, that would've been the smart thing to do... which probably explains why I didn't think of it. My mind works in strange ways. XD

It should be proportionate; again, I refer to what their blog said. I guess it depends on the overall quality of the game as well, though.

Most of the comments were crap, so it was a somewhat understandable decision.
Not those on the ubi-art blog, they weren't crap.

Of course Ubi, go ahead and neglect one third of Rayman's fanbase. I'm sure they won't care. So this is what I can gather from it:

1. It's a prequel.
2. It's 2D. (duh)
3. It's being released in episodes as DLC. Just kill me now. And fuck you Sega for obviously being the ones to give them this idea.
4. It's going to be on the Xbox Live Arcade and PSN.
5. It's being developed by only five people.
6. Rayman is a fucking idiot.
7. It will probably be a Legend of Spyro-esque reboot. Haha, because things weren't already bad enough.

So as you can see I am severely disappointed by this. I hope that Michel Ancel drowns in the Bog of Murk.
Amazing sabertooth.

I-I might have to agree with you luckster... sabertooth is so unlike this. He was always sweet and nice to me on youtube. But this is so unlike him. (sorry for double posting, just wanted to get this outta the way)

Edit: Also because people are saying rayman looks like a retard in this game timmmmay Origins. I should do a picture of that.

That's why I cannot understand why people are still ranting about a game that isn't released yet aswell UbiSoft said "how did this uncontrollable individual and his grotesque companion become the heroes that we know ? Patience, the answers will come…".

Geez, people are complaining like if Rayman was about to be like that forever. :|

I think that it will be a very good game, maybe not as good as the platformers, but a very good game nonetheless. I mean, I am still excited about this! The first Rayman game in seven years! And, since they are considering putting it on the PC, Wii and 3DS, that would mean that we all get to play it and, Rayman in 3D?

There might be a chance of the 3DS version being completly different, unless it is the same version as the others, except there are 3D effects to our eyes without using glasses. That would be awesome. :D

I'm worried about Flanderization. It probably won't be a problem, but it was a problem with the rabbids...

Knowing Ubi, this WILL be the case. I hope that Ancel sees enough sense to add a more serious tone to the piece.

We must remember that Ancel just created the Rabbids: NOT made the plot of the RRR's 3 games.
