I haven't played many scary games, but on the subject of Pokemon, probably that little ghost girl's appearance in that haunted house in Diamond/Pearl. You walk into a room, see her in the room adjacent to the one you're in, go looking for her, and never find anything. It was absolutely brilliant of the developers to put her in there. Definitely not one of the the creepiest things to happen in video games, but was still an unexpected and bonechilling touch that I commend Gamefreak for.

Scary maze game i friggin almost got a heart attack playing that lol but i gotta admit i love resident evil 4 i beated it like 5 times XD

A friend of mine convinced me to play team fortress 2 recently (I don't really like first person shooters). Every time I tried camping or simply didn't move much, he'd warn me about Spies.

One that came was a hacker that walked through walls and descended from the ceiling.

TF2 is one of the best shooter's.
It's not scary at all.

The spy descending from the ceiling was pretty scary, but it isn't a part of the game, so I suppose you're right.

F.E.A.R. and Alien vs. Predator really scared me. Half-Life also have some kind of scary level, like Ravenholm.

That one gave me nightmares.

I'm almost 14, and i still don't dare to play that game.
I like those things in pokemon platinum and such, but this is a HORROR game, should i play it?

Oooh.. Zombie doctor... Btw the first friggin scary game i played was overkill. LA was supposed to be full of zombies and the main charachter had to kill ever single one of them. The boss screamer wa pretty scary, it could swap bodies. And had an exposed crainum. Including a huge mouth.

I remember playing a pokemon game and the music+the black and white made me turn off my NES shaking.

Uuuum, Pokemon is a gameboy franchise, it wasn't on the NES
