IP = internet protocol
it is the address with which you connect to the internet.
moderators and admins in a forum can see your IP though i think they can be trusted and not all know what an IP scan is.
as for your IP... i am not going to hack the PC database to find out... ask a mod or do on your pc:
-start
-run
-type in: command
-type in: ipconfig
-press enter

"IP address" is your IP
