Awesome, and I've seen this for a while on Betilla's Gardens. It has superb graphics and backgrounds. The only problem at the moment is backgrounds of course, but we'll get to that, and the world names. A lot of the names are fairly bland and uncreative. "Bathtub Barricades" almost seems a little random. :P And at "Rayman loses his fist", names like "Red Volcano" and "Garden World" could use a lot of work. I suggest something even as simple as "Bloodred Volcano" and maybe "The Great Green Garden". A level name example for Bloodred Volcano could be something like "Molten Madness".

This is certainly an interesting premise. I have no idea why it caused me to laugh so hard. Just some kind of inherent humour...the title seems pretty deadpan to me. It's so straightforward.

I think Raymanni aught to put his game on the list of notable fan games like I did...

Yeah luckily Terminapoors engine has allowed me to play the levels in a raw state but see what the backgrounds look like with the levels. As for the names, yeah Bathtub Barricades came from me thinking the Bathtub, being huge is like barricades as they are almost impossible to climb out of. I want to change the name of the Sea level to the Sea of Solace maybe. :|

Absolutely not. I won't accept this one, sorry. This game is being unserious out of proportions.

First, remove the PSX and PAL logos, because the game is purely produced in Game Maker, as it bears no compatibility on the PSX platform. Game Maker is being ported to PSP, which is only binary compatible with PSX at limited points. But it's the principle that matters, since that wasn't the original intention at all. Just like the PAL logo being made as strange posturing, which is just ridicules. Second, the engine needs to be redesigned. How many times should I say that the animations and movements needs to be proper? And the way the sprites are organized is dull. Third, why ruin a classic masterpiece by fusioning it with a game that contains retarded enemies? I see no point of this. The game is even going to contain MS Paint graphics, which doesn't fit right in the game.

We shouldn't accept just anything. Quality is a must. Raymanni needs to rethink the ideas, and practice alot more with Game Maker, instead of mashing something together without even putting enough work on it. Look at the list, and see how well the games actually look. But a Rayman 1 clone like the one creampie9 made was also a little strange at the beginning, but it did have A LOT more potential than this game.

No, anyone can edit this entry, but I am just the one who primarily maintains it. But don't even bother putting this game on the list, it'll be removed again.

I think that even crap games deserve to be listed, as long as the person responsible for them, you know, actually tried to make something worthwhile.

This does not seem to be one of those games.

I haven't really tried his engine much, although I think I should a bit more. Is it literally directly compatible?

Well in actuality it's true.

But the PlayStation and PAL logos are just... what? What I'm trying to say, is, the knowledge of what each of the emblems and stickers on the cover and back represent is little.

Yeah, to a certain extent anyway, he's made a file format that reads data from MAP files, the PCX files are PNG's instead and they get stored in a folder called graphics, the map files have an ini. file and a MAP file that is converted to a RMAP file, the ini. and RMAP is stored in a level folder.

At the moment certian releases store certian things, the most recent release has bounce type blocks in them, the previous one had hurt blocks. As for objects, he would have to come up with a way of converting the address/location of each object to a different format.

I may upload a video soon showing my levels running in his engine.

Well in actuality it's true, although sometimes Stace seems to be a bit rude about things.

I made that post. Confused, now that I have no Jano avatar?

As said: Looks incredibly amazing!

But I have noticed some few things: The palm on the third scene, it's out of style. And the platform tiles in the ice levels needs some more refined palettes, because they look a little vapid. There's also more details that also needs to be fixed, but you might be aware of most of them already. The elements I probably liked the most were: The Candy Chateau background, Winter World background, Bathroom World and Tool World, and even the custom music.

But I am very impressed by this. Thank you for all your efforts. Hope you'll release it soon. Because members such as Phoebius and MetalFlygon can improve it even further. :)
