David Gasman, John Leguizamo, Billy West, Lee Delong, Jodie Forest, Ken Starkevic, Doug Rand, Mike Deneen, Dana Westberg, Steve Croce and Eddie Crew voiced the characters of Rayman 3. As to which of them voiced the Hoodlums, your guess is as good as mine. Gasman, Leguizamo, West and Starkevic voiced Rayman, Globox, Murfy and André respectively, but they may also have voiced additional characters. Same goes for Crew, who was the cast’s voice director.
