How many posts are needed to deactivate ''most active forum'' and ''most active topic'' in the profile?

Obviously you need to keep making posts outside of your most active forum and thread until they are no longer your most active forum and thread.

No. Nobody has any right to delete an entire thread that has a bunch of other people’s posts in it.
