Donkey Kong Country Returns
If you disregard the waggle (which definitely isn't bad once you get used to it) the game is fun as hell. While having a different feeling from the original Country games, it has that same, ballcrushing hard difficulty and I love it
Since the game is made by Retro, it also got me playing the Metroid Prime trilogy again (I remembered I had a copy lying around) even if I beat Prime 1 and Corruption - and this time around I will beat you, Echoes, I really will

Super 3D Noah's Ark (a.k.a Super Noah's Ark 3D) and it is the weirdest game I have ever played. You want to know why. Well what other first person shooters let's you play as Noah. The game's for the SNES and is (according to Wikipedia) The only game on the SNES that isn't licensed by Nintendo. It's also just a basic re-skin of Wolfenstein 3D but it isn't even developed by id software. it's developed by Wisdom tree.

I didn't really need to give that much detail but I did anyway.

p.s. Yes I did find out about this game by watching ''the angry video game nerd'' .

Nah, FFVII is truly one of the best games I've played, but 6 totally kicks it. And DQ5 is absolutely ch-ch-ch-ch-charming.
