Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
No, that was some sort of a flashback. It's a little confusing, but it shows what happened in the beginning.

How do we know it's a flashback?Hedgehog673 wrote:No, that was some sort of a flashback. It's a little confusing, but it shows what happened in the beginning.
I suppose the sequel had André as a soul without a body, though, with the actual black lum absent, so it must've been.

Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
From what I remember, the moons are shown 'going back', indicating the passage of time. And the colouration of the scenery is slightly different. I'm not entirely sure though, haven't played the game in a while.ParadoxJuice wrote: How do we know it's a flashback?

Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
Okay, ya got me, I'm not completely sure if it was a flashback. But, most people believe so, because of the thing on how he got turned into a Black Lum, so I guess it's just a guessing.

Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
I brought some cash in the form of movieees. (It's a 3D version of the guys in Rayman 1 in the Blue Mountains FYI.)
Here are a couple attacking animations I've made for the Stone Man enemy, which is seen once on the Ice Volcano and all over Mount Kollapso:

Soon. I haven't really done the textures yet, I just slapped a rock texture on him.ParadoxJuice wrote:Make him purple.

Heh, nice. It looks pretty professional when he pulls out the rock and throws it. Good job.
Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
Yeah, really nice that model and the animation, I would add a steady animation (when it's doing nothing)

I actually made one but I forgot to implement it before I made the video.Tenderz wrote:Yeah, really nice that model and the animation, I would add a steady animation (when it's doing nothing)
Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
Just some texture corrections in purple and it gets perfect.

Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
Interesting physics, with the rock. Will it later on explode upon impact?
Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark

Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
Yup, I've done an animation for it already. The only problem is right now I've tried making it explode, but the exploding animation keeps the rock separated when he throws another one, so it looks like he throws invisible rocks after the first one.ParadoxJuice wrote:Interesting physics, with the rock. Re: Rayman 1.5: Revenge of the Dark
That looks pretty cool! What enemy are you making next?

I don't know which enemy I'd do next.
What part of the animating are you having problems with?Hedgehog673 wrote:Ugh, I don't get how to animate models in 3Ds Max at all
