Character vs series
Does anyone think we should split the current ‘Rayman’ article in two? One page at ‘Rayman’ dealing specifically with the character, and another page at ‘Rayman (series)’ or ‘Rayman (franchise)’ containing an overview of the games, TV series and so on? That’s the way Wikipedia does it, not just for Rayman but for all works with prominent titular characters. The ‘Rayman’ article we have right now is quite unfocused and attempts to deal with both the character and the entire series all at once. I think we should consider expanding it to two pages.

Re: Character vs series
No, I mean splitting the article into two separate pages – one for the character and one for the series in general. That’s how it’s done on Wikipedia – one page for the character and one page for the series. But of course, our articles would be of a much higher quality than Wikipedia’s. Another example would be MarioWiki’s separate articles for their main character and series. It really doesn’t make sense that we still don’t have dedicated pages for both; surely if Wikipedia deems the Rayman character notable enough for his own page, we should too? It’s not as if there’s a shortage of information on him or anything.

I already know what you mean. Yes, why not? I agree in the idea.

Re: Character vs series
I think I will actually do this pretty soon if no one has any objections. One article for the Rayman character and one article for the Rayman series.
Re: Character vs series
From me, you can go ahead.

Glad this was done, otherwise it would have been confusing.
