I guess they needed some sort of touchy gimmick. Otherwise it would have been pointless.Ninjaws wrote:Swimming and Barrel blasting is horrible on the DS version. I don't even know why they installed a touch screen controller. It sucks. :L

Re: Rayman 2
The graphics in Rayman DS are much more glitchy and pixelized than in the real N64 game.

Re: Rayman 2
There's one thing that really annoys me! Why would they make the PS2 version totally different from the original Rayman 2, with additional levels, etc....
I mean, I want to play Rayman revolutions too!

The game is fully playable in the PS2 emulator. You could try out.SanteriEdelweiss wrote:There's one thing that really annoys me! Why would they make the PS2 version totally different from the original Rayman 2, with additional levels, etc....

That's not a problem, since I already have a PS2, but where to get Rayman 2 Revolution since it's 10 years old already...Haruka wrote:The game is fully playable in the PS2 emulator. The same thing with Rayman 1.
Re: Rayman 2
You could try to download the torrents of both games in the internet.

We've been fooling around with a moonjump cheat we found on a Dreamcast cheats discs and my god that shit is funny. Wasn't there a thread about Rayman 2 moonjumping, or shall we talk about our findings here?

I think the moonjump thread would be better. It’s always good to sort of branch different subjects out like that.

If you don't have a modded ps2, don't bother (I'm pretty sure the disc swapping trick to run backups doesn't work for ps2 games).SanteriEdelweiss wrote:I'll give it a shotHaruka wrote:You could try to download the torrents of both games in the internet.

Re: Rayman 2
Aw man I think I suck at Rayman.
You know the cutscene at the beginning of the Bayou when Razor sends the warships or w/e?
At the end of the cutscene the Prison Ship turns and about 4 I think things come from under it.
Always thought it was smoke or a glitch with my game. Yesterday it turned out:
IT'S THE FRIKKIN WARSHIPS.
GAH

Re: Rayman 2
Has anyone noticed that a Pirate is watching TV in the Fairy Glade?
Re: Rayman 2
I think what you wanted to say is that the Pirate is sleeping side to a TV in Rayman Revolution's Fairy Glade. Yes, I've noticed since long time.iHeckler9 wrote:Has anyone noticed that a Pirate is watching TV in the Fairy Glade?
Re: Rayman 2
Isn't that a bit wierd? It's the only TV in the whole series.Haruka wrote:I think what you wanted to say is that the Pirate is sleeping side to a TV in Rayman Revolution's Fairy Glade. Re: Rayman 2
Not really.
In Rayman Dictées there is a TV, and the same thing happens in Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party.
