No dude. Home consoles are like, Wii, PS3 & Xbox360. The PC is NOT an home consoleIndeed PC is not mention explicitly, but I guess we can include it in the category of "home consoles" right?

Re: Rayman Origins
OK, thanks for correcting me guys. I guess we'll just have to wait until the game is released or until there's an announcement regarding a PC version...
Re: Rayman Origins
Sadly I think that chance got delayed.
Oh well, I'll be focusing in getting 50€ for the Wii version in these next 6 months.

Since when is it also confirmed for the 3DS? I must've missed something.DesLife wrote:RO will be released on VITA too, but slightly later. Source : jeuxvideo.com.

And then Mister Dark was a Teensy.
Re: Rayman Origins
I refuse to accept that he's a Teensie. The resemblance is merely a coincidence.

Re: Rayman Origins
‘Resemblance’? He’s exactly the same size, build and colour as one. If you look closely you can curved lines on his cheeks which resemble the Teensies’ facial spirals. He even shares their penchant for headwear. Do you simply dislike the idea that he’s a Teensy or do you actually have some arguments against it? If it’s the latter then I’d be legitimately interested in hearing them.Paradigm wrote:I refuse to accept that he's a Teensie. The resemblance is merely a coincidence.
On a related note, the new spelling is beginning to grow on me.
Re: Rayman Origins
Don't say nonsense, there is no doubt he is a Teensie.Paradigm wrote:I refuse to accept that he's a Teensie. The resemblance is merely a coincidence.
I'm am curious to learn in future what made a Teensie turn to the dark side and learning dark magic.
Re: Rayman Origins
He is clearly a Teensie.Paradigm wrote:I refuse to accept that he's a Teensie. The resemblance is merely a coincidence.
Even though I dont like the idea, it will have to grow in me but I always tough it was a creature from the same especie as Rayman.
Re: Rayman Origins
It is obvious that Mr. Dark is a teensie. He is probably an old one. Personally, I don't think Mr. Dark fits to be a teensie. And seriously, why do Mr. Dark hide his face in Rayman 1 if Rayman already knew how he looked. This makes no sense. Anyone else agree?
Re: Rayman Origins
Maybe because Ubisoft in 1995 didnt know they would create Rayman Origins in 16 years.SpaceMama wrote:It is obvious that Mr. Dark is a teensie. He is probably an old one. Re: Rayman Origins
With Rayman Origins back, I've been lurking on this topic. As a side note, it is as always wonderful to see that Xenon and Hunchman are still around. It reminds me of good times. Wonderful work on the Raywiki too, I didn't even know it was this place that made it.
BUT YOU DIDN'T MAKE THIS TOPIC FOR ME TO NOT TALK ABOUT RAYMANZ
Just a pointer on Mr Dark, i'm pretty sure he's a teensie but not as we know it. Basically, there was that interview/magazine you guys translated where it said he wouldn't appear directly in game, but his influence would. I don't see why Mr Darks influence wouldn't corrupt a teensie. I mean, he was able to mix up the last four bosses in Rayman one, it kinda makes sense.
I really love how they're pulling together all of the games with this one, I'm half expecting razorbeard to make an appearrance at the end. One of you guys said something about how Rayman 3 wasn't getting any love...in all honesty, this whole game feels like rayman one and two from the perspective of three. The humour, the art style, the whole thing feels all stitched together.
Also, the red globox with the ponytail at the begginning of the swimming section looks like uglette...and in fact, this globox in turn seems to look like the giant monster boss shown at the end of the original advert.
Just speculating with the best :V

Re: Rayman Origins
That isn't a Wii screenshot; resolution is far too high and it clearly isn't an upscaled 480p image.Haruka wrote:The PC version isn't mentioned in the article.rayguy wrote:did I understand it right? according to this it will come to the PC (which is part of the home consoles I guess) at the beginning of 2012 :]
Wait a minute, is jeuxvideo sure about the image being taken from the Wii version? I need a confirmation.
Re: Rayman Origins
Do anyone know if the "!" sign will return in Rayman Origins? It seems like they are going to use the checkpoint from Rayman 1 as a Level End.
