I remember there were also one or two race tracks in Popolopoï mode that it was also impossible to have 0 in the counter.

I never really experienced any glitches in Rayman M, apart from the "wall" glitch (where you can see the other side of the wall boundaries). There was also the weird thing in Treasure Ship where opponents repeatedly got stuck at the switches, but I'd consider that a developmental error rather than a technical one. It made the racing very easy in any case :D

That also exists in the PC version. It happens it makes the race being quite easy to beat.

I actually supect when it happens because I experimented with it a little. I believe there is one point on the track where CPUs check should they shoot a switch, and they do or do not. If switch or its equivalent somewhere else happens to be pressed inbetween point where CPU can shoot switch and it passes thru necessary area...

That kind of glitch also occurs in the Thousand Waterfalls map; at the slide at the bottom near the very last part of a lap, where one must jump a stair-case like slide area, the computer tends to get stuck at the last jump a lot, sticking to the wall for quite a few seconds before jumping. Really saved my bacon in the younger days where I still found it really hard to race against the computers.

(SPOILERS FOR RAYMAN 2 INCLUDED)
I just wanted to drop a little comment here: has anyone noticed that Glue Bombs (the ones that hover around you and explode after staying on you for ten seconds) are actually a combination of Hover Bombs and the Grolgoth's reticle with the self-destructing countdown timer displayed on it?

I also noticed that glitch in my PS2 version. It also helped me to win when I was playing the game for the first time. XD Strange glitches...

About the Glue Bombs, I never noticed it but now you mention it I think now I see it as well! Anyway most of the game is based in Rayman 2, like the Zenith Harbour with the pirate ships, so this doesn't surprise me. :)

I find funny how Rayman Arena is drastically designed to be easier than Rayman M. (In PC/PS2 versions)
