My friend who works at Media Market gave me Pokémon Platinum 1 week before it was realesed and Sonic Colors 2 days before the realese date.

Well, in Poland you have basically a few choices: normal RTV store (yes, one with TVs, movies, laptops, and usually even with kitchen stuff like fridges), where you may never be sure your title is available unless it's something "big" (basically, known FPS or something) and online retailers, which may have title you fancy, but obvious problems still apply.

Don't forget the suckage we call Media Markt. They're so totally more expensive than they should be! :x

I would actually say that's good. I completely can't see why RO is already pre-orderable on some sites in Poland with no set release date. 5 months? People!
Hunchman801 wrote:@Stan: Even in cities such as Warsaw and Kraków?
Do not know about Kraków (great thanks for typing that one!), though it and Wrocław surely have some "offline locations of online retailers" because of being on the relative west (Kraków is technically on south, but still somehow that's how it works). Stuff goes to us through Germany, you know.
I was heavily messing around centre of Warsaw for a year (new school) and so far I found one dedicated game store in a gallery, smaller than my room in my home, and three "offline onlines", of which only one I saw by myself (in case of others, I just know adresses). The dedicated non-on-line store did not have a single Wii game. Actually I think Media Markt, which I count as a RTV store, on the east-south of Warsaw still has greater choice of PS2 games than this thing had if you count PC, PS3 and X360 titles separately.

Oh, and remember Rayman is French thing. If I wanted to buy Witcher 2 in Poland, I wouldn't have ANY problems about that.

EDIT: syntax and calrification

I only go to Media Market because my friend works there so Im 100% sure he gets me the game, but other than that I usually go to GameStop, Game and even ReplayZone (Even tough those are very rare here in Portugal)

GameStop. GAME. WOW!

Okay, I don't want to talk about shops. Still, nobody knows anything about controls and such. Time for some crazy speculation! We may assume jump has a button, slap has a button (maybe fused with charged attack) and making a platform doesn't have a button (up on main control). But what do you think about helicopter? You may use it on ground, so should it have a combination (down+jump, up+jump)? Well, it would surely reduce any aiming with land helicopter. So maybe separate button? But do you need that separate button for helicopter in air?
Discuss.

Actually I will ask about the Pre-Order thing (when the right moment arrives) to FNAC, MediaMarkt and GAME. Then I'll see where I will buy.

Polish website of theirs doesn't include prices neither.

I checked up the console offers, and it seems like there are 3 reasons for buying PS3 over X360 (free online mulitplayer, looks and Blu-ray). All the rest seems to rather encourage me to buy Microsoft's thing (price of console, price of pad considering I already own rechargeable batteries, prices of games and prices of DLC). That said, I may be missing something. Still, I have a Wii (and a rather good PC), so I'll wait with buying something.

That's strange, I can't access the blog for several days now, nor the raymanzone site...

I'll ask again - can anyone put the link to RO's new official site?

Seems that now entering the blog just redirects to the official page, unless I'm mistaken.
What could that mean.
