If I correct, she is trying get the R2 graphics so I think she is inspired in R2
Or Im probably wrong

I was mainly inspired by the Rayman 2 style, but I did take snippets from each game. "Windmill Hills" was the name of a certain section in Land of the Livid Dead, and the music used similar motives.

I may actually end up uploading two parts to the soundtrack at once as four tracks already takes up nine minutes.

Bwwwing!! Soundtrack part 14. I wasn't able to fit all the tracks I have into one video, so here's the four I've mentioned. I'll be uploading a part 15 with the rest shortly when I get a couple more tracks done to fill the space.

All those tracks are great, congrats ! The Shrine reminds me of one other track you've previously posted, can't rememver which one though.

The Shrine of Myer track in this video is basically a direct continuation of "The Shrine of Myer: Sundial." It uses the same pattern and theme, but this is one transposed up a semitone and highly expanded upon.

This look really great! What program are you using to create it? Do you actually have any of the Rayman 2 source files, or are you recreating stuff yourself? A little suggestion on the game though: I'd just call it Rayman: Revenge of the Dark instead of the 1.5 thing - that makes it look more like a patch than a game.

I was actually really considering making a fan-game Rayman game as well - hopefully with some of the original Rayman 2 stuff. I haven't actually listened to any of the music pieces yet (will do so later), but have you made it yourself? If so, what program did you use?

Sorry to try and copy you, but I've had this idea for a while already and you just happen to have had the same one... AND YOU'RE PULLING IT OFF. I'm just an aspiring game maker (I've already made a couple of things) trying to figure out how to do this.

Keep on making that great Rayman se-/prequel game!

I might actually like you said, drop the 1.5. It's probably a good idea. I'm recreating everything myself. It's not hard, but it's pretty slow. I'm using 3Ds Max to create the models animations. Photoshop to create the textures, Logic to create the music, and CryEngine3 to create the game.
