Re: Rayman 3D
Hmm... I think he meant something like ''Hey guys look what Rayman is holding on the cover. Screams Rayman 2, right guys?''
We have a trope for that.

I know I said I wouldn’t, but you know me.

I've recorded a video showing the 1000th Yellow Lum glitch, for those who haven't seen yet or are having difficulties to believe on it:

Ubisoft at its best.

Re: Rayman 3D
Still thinking about whether I should get this game while it's cheap or not. I already have Rayman DS, but the reason i'm thinking about getting this is because this time it might actually be playable, as well as it having better visuals, the original amazing music and the 3D effect. Who thinks it's worth it? (when it's cheap)

Re: Rayman 3D
I know that you all probably know this, but it is a port of the Sega Dreamcast version of Rayman 2. (minus Globox village)I have finished it and it is a LOT better than Rayman DS and when you turn on a flying shell your view hardly twists and it stabilises itself.

Re: Rayman 3D
UGH
The removal of the flying shell controls was what really ruined the game for me, didn't think I was gonna beat it at that rate but I have my ways.

Re: Rayman 3D
I also found disturbing taking off partially the Flying Shell control but that's probabily because I was used to it. Maybe new players won't have big problems like this.StaceyW wrote:UGH

Re: Rayman 3D
Less glitches doesn't mean it's any better though, if you knew how many times I died at the Echoing caves in RDS. That's more times than I failed to land at the hot air balloon in R3D.

Re: Rayman 3D
Come on, you couldn't even get the 1000th lum in the 3DS version. Plus they should have made Rayman 3 for the 3DS, as it fits the modern gaming! (Imagine an Knareen in 3D!)Cairnie wrote:Less glitches doesn't mean it's any better though, if you knew how many times I died at the Echoing caves in RDS. Re: Rayman 3D
I never even got past the Glade of Dreams in RDS due to the the terrible controls. -_-

Well that and there's a 600ms delay between pressing the D-pad and it responding.RayTunes wrote:I never even got past the Glade of Dreams in RDS due to the the terrible controls. -_-
Re: Rayman 3D
I can make sure that Rayman 3D is a way better port than Rayman DS. Just don't even attempt to play Rayman DS in the emulation mode of the Nintendo 3DS.

Re: Rayman 3D
Rayman 3D is a lot better indeed. Yet, those invisble bombs annoy me so much. How could Ubisoft have possibly missed that when they tested the game?

Let me guess, are the flying helicopter bombs invisible and you can only see the smoke?RayTunes wrote:Rayman 3D is a lot better indeed. Yet, those invisble bombs annoy me so much. How could Ubisoft have possibly missed that when they tested the game?
Re: Rayman 3D
That problem also happened to me.
My solution is to keep throwing "endlessly" energy sphere in that flying part of the Precipice, but it doesn't mean you always get safe (because still like that I could be hit).

Re: Rayman 3D
I did the same thing. Took me a while, but I got past it. Yet, it wasn't even half as annoying as The Prison Ship. I kept on falling into the ground! Made me die at least 20 - 25 times. Another glitch I found was that I get hit by touching the wall while jumping.
