Do you want all the returning levels in this game to be exact recreations of their former appearances? This is a new and interesting region in Band Land. None of the R1 worlds have had their size or borders determined; the developers can do whatever they want. There is no contradiction here.
Well, I wouldn't mind seeing a mixture of the original and the new landscpaes. :)
Well yes, that’s what we’re going to get.

So... are you arguing about the species of those spiky things in the ground?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Js3nXKuErg check the second trailer at 0:45 they have arms, so they obviously aren't related to the spiky balls. They are possibly different species of Darktoons, like the Psychlops. Also, they share the same color patterns.

Wait...why isn't there any RO reference to the spiky fruits in the wiki? they were confirmed to appear since the first trailer.

Why do a large number of the screenshots feature Rayman with Globox, Rayman with Globox and the Teensies or just Globox on his own with the Teensies?

I thought this was a Rayman game. Honestly, my only gripe with this game is the fact that they seem so keen to push the whole four-player experience. I can't be the only person who doesn't care for this 'feature'?

Doesn't matter to me either way, as I'll only be playing as Rayman... :mryellow:

That does not conclude anything. It would be the same thing if someone here said that the Livingstones in RO aren't Livingstones because they possess limbs in the new game, while the original didn't.

RayWiki is a collaborative encyclopaedia, and I'm growing tired of people constantly complaining about missing information. For the Llamaggot's sake, if something you think should be there isn't, add it yourself instead of asking why it isn't! All you have to do is read the basic rules and the manual of style, and we have administrators to make sure you're not doing anything wrong.

I still think that it is sad to play Rayman without the fist from Rayman 1 and Rayman 3. I do like Rayman Origins, but it is ridiculous if Rayman doesn't have the fist ability.

Then I guess you must really hate Rayman 2: The Great Escape.

Which would be unforgivable: Rayman 2 is the best game of the trilogy, whatever people accept or not.

So, just because you happen to think that the second game is the best one, then that means other people are wrong for not accepting your opinion as fact?

In my opinion, the first game is the best. I hated Rayman in 3D, regardless of how good the game(s) might have been. But that's just my view.

I don't know what is RaymanPS1 talking about, rayman can perfectly throw his fists in Rayman Origins, and even load them to make them stronger. Remember the second trailer? there's a part when rayman and globox are floating in two different platforms, rayman loads his fist and then punches globox strongly, making him fall. Also, rayman's fist seems to reach a long distance when he loads it, so nothing has changed.

For some reason I had the feeling that my post would be interpreted in this way, which isn't my intention. It happens it is a true fact: Rayman 2 is the game with highest score in averages from all the reviews done to it. Rayman 1 was pretty good, but it gets in 2nd.

Rayman 3D was a lost bet from Ubisoft. The version could be much more worked. It seems Ubisoft wants to make the Dreamcast version die in the time. :tssk:

Hmmm, I don't know how randomly IGN confirmed that there will be a PSVita and PC version of rayman origins, just check out:

http://search.ign.com/product?query=rayman+origins

I will earn the Wii version, but I think If this is true, that would be awesome for other people that actually want the game to be on PC.

If they'll do a PC version, it will be much later. If they are doing that as a profit stategy *cough*prevention measure about piracy*cough*, then it is clever of them.

It makes me think if they'll do later a Rayman Origins for Wii U, to get Full HD resolution.
