Today we had... something fancy for dessert. In Poland, we call it "cold cheesecake", but mum says "jelly cheesecake" is actually more descriptive. The cheese in it is the Danone type.

I hate the way Americans refer to all biscuits as ‘cookies’. The name only applies if they’re hard biscuits with chocolate chips. Fact.
