I always sleep on side. I close my eyes. My phone next to me vibrates: I got a spam eMail -.- . After I deleted it I go back to my sleep mode. My phone again vibrates. Me: What now?! >:(. It's WhatsApp ! Some minutes later... My phone again... I get that tired that I get into a very deep sleep and cannot wake up until half seven.

Luckily, I tend not to hold many social ties that would disturb my precious sleep.
As for my method of sleeping, its not something I ever pay much attention to, I just wait until my body feels it is time for me to sleep.
