You only heard her voice in the Hoodlum Headquarters, and one of the targets in the shootin gallery may have been her, otherwise she didn't appear.

Yes! And in the shooting gallery before the lava part, when you shoot the drawings of Rayman and Globox, you lose points when you shoot Toots.
