Yellow Lum: opens doors into unknown places and gives knowledge.
Blue Lum: contains the first breath and gives air whilst under water.
Purple Lum: assures cohesion and visibility in the world and allows Rayman to bridge large gaps by grabbing on to the Lum and swinging it like a rope from a ceiling.
Red Lum: gives off vitality and gives Rayman more Energy back.
Green Lum: enables Rayman to reappear there if he dies.
Silver Lum: gives Rayman his powers, either new ones or lost ones.

Ah, no, I'm not trying to harass you here. Please don't think I'm trying what I can to get my point - I'm not. Fair is fair, I omitted the Super Yellow Lum, but that is only because I don't count Lum types that are of the same type as a separate 'species' of Lum. Since Super Yellow Lums are really just five Yellow Lums put together, I don't really think it's fair to count it as another type of Lum.
But quizmaster's game is quizmaster's game - I won't argue with his ruling vote. All I'm really trying to do is prove I do know some things about Rayman... haha. Failed.
