Hey, I found this in Facebook (the one of Rayman): http://www.gamesradar.com/ps3/rayman-or ... 2242916043

It say:
«Freeing Electoons will gradually restore the Bubble Dreamer’s memories, which in turn will prompt him to tell goofy stories about the world’s characters when Rayman visits his house between levels. These stories are more than just plot, however, as they’ll apparently unlock those characters and make them selectable. We’re told there will be between 10 and 20 different characters in all, although these will reportedly be variants on the same three themes, including four Rayman variants (including Dark Rayman from the first game), four Globoxes (including a red version of Globox, which was apparently his original color before eating a poison berry) and an undetermined number of teensies.»

I'm on spirals side with this. When the sopposed Mr. Dark was frist shown I honestly couldin't beleive the fact that that teensie may be Mr.D but after awhile it kinda grew on me.

I mean other than the size, hat, and yellow eyes they look alike.

But we just gotta wait till we possibly get more news or till the game comes out to know for shure.
(I also want to know who that big booby fairy is) :fou2:

Did anyone notice that the sound effects in the beginning of the new trailer were from Rayman 3? Also, I heard Globox make a sound in the the gamplay, which im certain of is from a Hoodlum.

Another thing that I noticed: I saw the fact of having the ability to punch pointless because you can kill enemies with one single jump (that makes rayman look more like mario and that's pretty bad), but finally there' s one reason. You can easily kill enemies with one hit, but the idea is to make combos, with every single hit you liberate lums, and that happens too when you pop the enemy when it becomes a bubble... you all know that lums are necessary to get more cages. Also, having the ability to crush enemies with your feet gives you the possibility (as stated) to beat the first level before learning the ability to punch... but that would be pretty hard. Every enemy that you hit gives you like 0,5 seconds to hit it again, or it will become a bubble... I'm pretty sure that there's a limit of combos or lums will just stop coming out of it's body.

There is a list of words to get people on topic:

MICHEL ANCEL
RAYMAN
TEENSIE SKINS
COLLECTORS EDITION
SPAGHETTI
TING DONATION
FAN GAME
I :coeur: RAYTUNES
NEW ARTICLE AND TRAILER

It should be flooding with on-topic crap within minutes, especially the Teensie skins. I think it's fun, but I won't be playing much multiplayer anyways.

Does anyone know if there will be any background characters in Origins? Like Clark and Uglette were in Rayman 2? You know - characters who help out in the storyline, but aren't really really part of it.

I doubt they will return, but maybe a reference or easter egg. It might be possible though.

Ah, I didn't mean those two in person, I just meant - will there be characters like them? I know there's the characters in the levels themselves, but will there also be sideline characters, that don't come into play, but are seen standing in the background or can be interacted with in for example level hubs?
